At the age of 8 yrs old, my grandfather bought me my first karaoke machine and I have loved music ever since. I began my young singing career performing for my family during the holidays, the occasional school event, and even at a local karaoke bar in my hometown of Edwardsburg, MI.
In November of 2008 a group known as ‘Young Americans’ came to a town in Southwest Michigan and I was invited to perform with them. In addition to the choreographed song and dance numbers, I was given an opportunity to do a solo of one of my original songs, “Today is the Day.” This experience genuinely changed my life. I had always loved music and the way that it can bring people together, but it was at this moment that it truly became my passion.
I enjoy writing music and preparing for a show, but my favorite thing to do is perform live on stage. Regardless of the size of the venue, I love the energy of the crowd! Recently I have been writing with some top notch writers in Nashville hoping to get them recorded some day. This would be a great career and hope to see everyone on stage someday Thanks everyone for your support. Hope you enjoy my music!
